Delivery Time
Bravanariz is a small artisanal brand located in the heart of a remote rural area. This limits our shipping capacity but makes us much more authentic. We have two pickups per week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Therefore, delivery times, if there are no issues, can range between 2 and 5 business days within Spain, and 4 to 9 days for the rest of Europe.
Once your order has been successfully confirmed and completed, you will receive an email with the estimated delivery time. Services are provided on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays at the destination. Orders placed on Thursday will not be shipped until the following Tuesday.
We do not consider a breach of the delivery time that is caused by the absence of the recipient, incorrect address, lack of name, telephone and contact email, as well as delays caused by force majeure (storms, snow, road cuts , strikes, procedures or other actions of the Administration and/or Customs, delays of the airlines and/or shipping companies). The delivery of the merchandise will be made at the address indicated by the client, with the recipient’s signature on the transport receipt being a necessary requirement. No deliveries are made to post office boxes. In case of absence of the recipient, a delivery attempt notice will be left, as well as instructions to arrange a second delivery attempt at no additional charge. In the event of a third delivery attempt and/or incorrect address, a charge equivalent to the cost of a new shipment will be generated.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the delivery address, as detailed below:
Iberian Peninsula
For orders with a destination within the peninsula, shipping is free for orders over €70. For orders below this amount, a fee of €7* per shipment will apply.
Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla,
For the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, ask us about the shipping costs through our contact form.
EU
For orders within the EU, shipping is free for orders over €90. For orders below this amount, a fee of €24* per shipment will apply.
Outside EU
We do not ship outside the European Union.
