Cancellations
Cancellations by participants will not be accepted within 48 hours prior to the experience. That said, you can always call us and explain the reason. If the reason is significant, we will try to find a way to reschedule you for another date, but we will not refund the payment. If you notify us more than two days in advance, we will look for another available date that fits your schedule.
Weather and Cancellations
The olfactory walks are still enjoyable in the rain. Unless there is heavy rain or storms with strong wind and water, the experience will not be canceled due to cloudy weather or light drizzle. When rain is expected, it is recommended to bring socks and a change of footwear. Upon returning to the workshop, we can warm up by the fire in one of our fireplaces or wood-burning stoves. In cases of force majeure or extreme weather, we will communicate the cancellation as early as possible. If it is not possible to reschedule the experience for another date, the full amount paid will be refunded.
