Procedure for returns
Once you have received the order, and if you are not satisfied with the products, you have made the wrong reference or it is not what you wanted, you have a maximum period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise to notify us. Within this period we accept returns provided that:
The product is in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including the seal. The product must not have been opened or used at any time.
There is no type of damage or flaw on the product.
In the event of a possible return, Bravanariz urges you to communicate your exchange proposal for other Bravanariz products and to analyze the costs derived from this operation (new shipment and return).
Erroneous shipments, breakages or product defects
In case of erroneous shipments, breakages, or product defects, and provided that you notify us within a maximum period of 48 hours from the date of receipt of the order, after verifying the case, Bravanariz will send you a courier to collect the defective/erroneous merchandise and will replace the erroneous products, with breakage or defect, at the time of collection, Bravanariz taking charge of the collection costs of said merchandise.
